Flins is a 5-star polearm electro DPS focuses around Lunar Charged reactions. He is a Lightkeeper of Nod-Krai, guardian of the Lighthouse and the graveyard on Final Night Cemetary. This guide will go through his talents, constellations, weapon and artifact recommendations, and team compositions.

The Lightning Lightkeeper - introduction

Flins is an on-field DPS unit who utilizes a short field time to generate energy for himself and use the lower Energy cost Burst when possible. The majority of Flins' damage comes from his mini-Elemental Burst, which requires having good Energy Recharge to be reliable. With how Lunar-Charged is calculated, Flins wants his ATK stacked as high as possible without sacrificing other stats, and is generally more important than CRIT DMG. This is also why an ATK goblet is preferred over Electro DMG Bonus.

His common standard combat rotation is : Activate Elemental Skill -> Press Elemental Skill again -> Special Elemental Burst -> Normal Attacks -> Elemental Skill -> Special Elemental Burst

Flins requires another Moonsign character in his team to unlock a large portion of his damage potential.

Elemental Skill - Flins' Normal and Charged Attacks deal Electro DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental infusions, and he is unable to perform Plunging Attacks; his interruption resistance is also increased
