Automatic Love Quest

The weapon is obtained through the main story quest Automatic Love. Once in Judy's Workshop, the pistol can be found in a nearby room.

This quest is available in Act 2 after you meet with Takemura during quest Playing for Time. This is just after finishing Act 1.
