• The main story quest Play It Safe. During this mission, you will encounter a locked door. This is on the 21st Floor. To open it you will need 11 Technical abilities or enter a 2906 code.
• In Arasaka Estate which is found in North Oak, Westbrook. It will be on the table in the office.
