There will be a quest marker that leads to a dead body in an alley in Vista Del Ray, Heywood.
Skippy - Notes
You will have to choose one of two modes: Puppy-Loving Pacifist or Stone Cold killer. If you wish to keep the weapon choose the different mode to what you need. So if you want to have headshots, take Puppy-Loving Pacifist and after 50 kills it can change.
Puppy-Loving Pacifist mode
After 50 kills, you will be asked a question. If you answer "I don't know" or refuse to answer the mode will change to Stone Cold Killer.
Not returning Skippy
After some time Skippy will ask to be returned to the owner. If disagreeing, it will always say "Bad User". However, you can also agree to return, and not finish the quest.
