Apparition - How to obtain
War Pigs quest
The weapon is obtained during the mission - War Pigs. This is only available for Corpo's background.
The quest is available after you finish Tapeworm in the late Act 2. You will get a message from your former colleague, Frank Nostra, which will activate the quest. To get the weapon you will have to kill him.
Just progress with the game and the quest will appear.
