Doom Doom is a Revolver found in Cyberpunk 2077. They have a lower amount of ammo but deal large damage compared to pistols.
Revolvers can become very powerful with correct perks and accurate headshots.

Known for turning enemies into unrecognizable piles of flesh. Warning: Requires extensive cleaning afterward.
Doom Doom - How to obtain
This weapon has specific requirements to be obtained. First, during the main story quest The Pickup you need to save have a peaceful resolution, and not kill Dum Dum. Here are the steps for this to happen:
- Do not call the Militech agent and do not interact with it.
- Tell Jackie that you will use your own $ 10,000.
- Pay 10 000$ for the flathead during the negotiation.
Then during the side mission Second Conflict, you kill Dum Dum who will drop the gun. This quest is available later in the game, and here are some requirements:
- Finish all the main story quests in Act 2 - Automatic Love, Transmission, Life During Wartime, Search and Destroy
- Finish Chippin' In quest, which will require you to work with Rogue.
- Contact Kerry via quest Holdin' On. After that, you will be able to start the Second Conflict.
