Doom Doom - How to obtain

This weapon has specific requirements to be obtained. First during the main story quest The Pickup you need to save have a peaceful resolution and not kill Dum Dum. Here are the steps for this to happen:

• Do not call the militech agent and do not interact with it
• Do not tell Jackie that you will use the $10 000
• Pay 10 000$ for the flathead during the negotiation

Then during the side mission Second Conflict, you kill Dum Dum who will drop the gun.
