Dezerter - How to obtain
Requires Phantom Liberty Expansion. First, you will need to progress with the Phantom Liberty main story:
- Finish the main story quest Get It Together.
- Mr. Hands will offer a Gig: The Man Who Killed Jason Foreman. You should spare Leon Rinder and accept his deal.
- You will get another quest Addicted to Chaos, leading you to the cache with Dezerter. This will require opening a garage with code - 1975.
