Major Spoilers for Act 1
When you are in Delamain at the end of Act 1 main story mission The Heist, you will be asked where to deliver Jackie. To obtain this pistol later, you must choose:
- Send the body to his family
- Delamain should wait for V
In Act 2, once you leave the apartment you will get a call from Mama Welles, and the quest - Heroes will start. Once you finish the quest, you can go back to the altar, and pick Jackie's pistols - La Chingona Dorada.
