Talisman of Saarebas - How to obtain
After you complete Blackpowder Promise go to Lowtown at night. Close to the Hanged Man look for Sister Petrice fighting. She will give the quest.
Later in the quest, you will enter Vimmark Mountain Pass. There you need to say that Ketojan must be free and defeat a group of Qunari.
After the fight, Ketojan will reward you with the amulet
