Bloom is a Battleaxe found in Dragon Age 2. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from enemies, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions

Bloom - How to obtain

Before entering Dalish camp you will pick a scroll that starts quest The Awiergan Scrolls: Third Aspect.

As you go to the top of the mountain in one of the areas an Arcane Horror will spawn.

Killing it will drop the Battleaxe.

The quest is available during Act 3
