The Runt's Spiker is a Bow found in Dragon Age 2. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from enemies, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions
The Runt's Spiker - How to obtain
The bow is looted from Ignacio Strand, the main boss of the Act 1 quest: Sharp Little Pinpricks. The quests require you to kill Sharps Highwaymen in Lowtonw at night. Once a certain amount of them is killed Ignacio's hideout will be revealed.
It is only available during Act 1
