How to obtain it
- You will need to kill Arcane Horror found in Chateau d'Onterre in Emerald Greaves. The Horror will appear once you solve the puzzle to unlock the Balcony
- While doing The Descent DLC the amulet can be looted in any of the chests as you explore the Deep Roads
