Superb Belt of Staggering is a Belt found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions

Inquisition
There are multiple ways to get the belt:
- With the Short List Inquisition Perk you can randomly buy the Belt from Saphi in Val Royeaux. The price is 14495 Sovereigns
- With Deft Hands, Fine Tools Inquisition Perk you can get the belt in Exalted Plains. Around Fort Revasan look for a tower on the north west side. The belt will be in one of the containers
The Descent DLC
Can be randomly looted from the chests

The belt allows to temporarily stun enemies with attacks. It is one of a few offensive stats on belts
