During the DLC you will enter Elven Mountain Ruins. One of the bosses is Qunari Shock Trooper in the Hidden Armory section of the area

Due to the large bonus to critical chance, you can equip other gear that boosts critical damage to maximize the wielder's DPS.

Do ai use the leaping ability of this weapon? I saw it once and never again from Iron Bull equipped with it. What changes in tactics are needed for him to leap and cause chaos on the frontlines?
