Amulet of Renewal - How to obtain

During the capture of Suledin Keep, as you are close to the end you will encounter Ishmael. Once you start talking with him a quest starts Call Me Ishmael.

Then choose the option of Power or either to kill Ishmael. The Amulet will be the reward
