The Divine is a Heavy Armor found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions

Cassandra or Vivienne has to become the Divine. After you leave Winter Palace for the Crossroads and have them join your party, they will be wearing the armor
