The Skin That Stalks is a Medium Armor found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions

In the Crossroads, look for a Shattered Library Eluvian. There is another ELuvian on a faraway island to the Ancient Jail. There, defeat Greater Terror demon and Corpse Archers.

After the enemies are taken out you can loot the sealed chest for the armor.

The Skin That Stalks - Notes

This is one of the most powerful offensive armors in the game. The reason being is that at the high levels the most important stats are Critical Damage and Critical Chance.
