Agony is a Dagger found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions
Agony - How to obtain
To obtain the dagger you will need to collect all the Shards (114) in the game and unlock all the temple doors for the side quests:
- The Fire Captured
- The Cold Endured
- The Spirit Calmed
Once you have covered these requirements the last door can be opened. There you will encounter demons and a sarcophagus that contains the dagger

Although the dagger has very good stats the difficulty of obtaining it can deter many players. Feel free to look at craftable dagger schematics that can give similar or better stats with correct materials
