Bleeder of Souls is a Dagger found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions
Bleeder of Souls - How to obtain
The dagger is obtained during the main story quest In Hushed Whispers, where you side with the mages.
Look for the torture chamber in Redcliffe Castle. There you will encounter Hanley D'Urvain a Venatori Spellbinder. He will drop the dagger
Bleeder of Souls - Notes
The rune only works on living enemies, however, you can switch it for any other rune.
