The Eye That Weeps - How to obtain

Trespasser DLC

You will have to find an Eluvian that takes you to the Hidden Hollow in The Crossroads.

Inside the Hidden Hollow, you will encounter Despair and Rage demons.

After you defeat them the item will be found in the sealed chest
