This belt requires Trespasser DLC

These are the steps you need to do to obtain the belt:

1. Complete side quest Lost Souls in Fallow Mire. You will need to defeat Hand of Korth - Avvar leader
2. A war table operation will appear called Secure a Route through the Frostabacks

After the operation is completed you will be awarded the belt

The belt increases Cold spells power by 125%. Unfortunately, the wearer's HP will be reduced by 50%. So have in mind that a good tank or equipment is needed to sustain the usage
