You will need Trespasser DLC

Collect all the Astrariums in the Storm Coast. You will find the greatsword in the cave that will be revealed

Prismatic Greataxe - Notes

This weapon has important mechanics that makes it exceptional compared to other weapons:

• Each hit deals additional elemental damage of 100% for basic attack
• For abilities, the elemental damage will match that of the skill. So Pommel Strike deals 600% weapon damage, this additionally adds 600% elemental damage
• The double damage mechanic makes this weapon extremely strong in the mid-game. However, it may be weak if enemies have high elemental resistances
