These are the steps that need to be taken to obtain the helmet:
- When in Bastion of the Pure you will find operation - Deep Roads Expeditions: Bastion of the Pure Bridge
- After you complete this operation in the expedition table a new area unlocks
- The area contains a chest where the helmet can be looted.
