Master Guard Belt - How to obtain

Go to the area close to the Mystery of Winter door. There you will encounter Fade-Touched Spider.

It is a mini boss. once you take down part of its HP it will retreat to a cavern.

In the cavern you will find numerous bodies, loot them, and one of the will contain the belt.
