Tezpadam's Bane is a Bow found in Dragon Age: Inquisition. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from monsters, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions

The Descent DLC
You will have to defeat the last boss of the DLC. It is encountered in the Wellspring. Its name is the Guardian.
Tezpadam's Bane - Notes
The bow is extremely powerful if you manage to make killing hits with the archer. This will result in explosions that deal AOE damage.

So... I defeated The guardian but i didn't had the opportunity to grab the bow afther the cinematic, do i need to do something else or i lost the bow completely?
You should have the bow in the inventory, together with the hammer, after the Guardian fight.
