Jaws of Hakkon DLC
To obtain this helmet, the Inquisitor has to be a Qunari.
Here are the steps to obtain it:
- Finish the quest Beasts at Bay. It starts near Basin Floor Camp in Frostback Basin. There you meet a Baron who gives the quest.
- Start the side quest Nox Morta. Kill the Bogfisher who will drop the Vitaar.
