Silverleaf is a Ring found in Dragon Age: Origins. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some companions

Silverleaf - How to obtain

The ring can be obtained from Panowen - a Dalish Elf. You will first have to resolve the Nature of the Beast main story quest, and either side Witherfang or Zatharian.

If you kill Witherfang, this ring will be gifted automatically once you enter West Breciliant Forest after the quest. The dialogue will start automatically.

However, if you cured the illness or sided with Witherfang you would have to persuade her that you killed them. More or less you need a peaceful resolution, otherwise, if you fight her, the ring is unobtainable.
