There are two main ways to get the item:

1. Finish The Trial of Crows. The gloves will be rewarded by Master Ignacio
2. During Black Alley Justice quest you will enter Dark Alley, the gloves can drop from the enemies

• These gloves provide the largest bonus to backstab damage in the game. So they are mandatory for a dual wield rogue.
