Wilhelm's Magus Staff is a Staff found in Dragon Age: Origins. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some companions
Wilhelm's Magus Staff - How to obtain
You will need Stone Prisoner DLC to obtain this staff.
During the quest The Golem in Honleath. You will encounter Kitty. It is a desire demon. To get the staff here are the steps that you should take:
- You should have a conversation with Kitty and get this text: "Release me, mortal. And let me have the girl. Let us return to her father and leave this place forever."
- Select "I'll let you go, but need to leave the girl." conversation option
- Do the puzzle
- Once the puzzle is done select the dialogue option: "Don't forget our deal."
- Then Kitty will change its mind. however, you should select the option: "Only if you make it worth my while."
Wilhelm's Magus Staff - Notes
- The staff is mostly useful for mages using fire and electricity spells due to bonus damage for these elements
- If you pick this reward you will have to sacrifice Helm of Honnleath and Cord of Shattered Dreams which is inferior option in my opinion as there are plenty of staff options.
