Charged Mitts are Light Gloves found in Dragon Age: Origins. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some companions

Charged Mitts - How to obtain

To obtain the gloves you will need to go to Circle Tower. There you will need to finish the quest Summoning Sciences, where you have to guess a correct sequence of items to touch for a ritual

One of the sequences will spawn Fade Rifter that will drop the gloves
