Can be looted inside the safehouse after you obtain the key. To get the key you need to finish the Brotherhood of Steel's main quest Still in the Dark and have a positive reputation.

Walk from Cliffside Prospector Camp across the river. It will be found on one of the dead prospector's bodies

- It is the most durable armor in the game
- Compared to other versions that Brotherhood of Steel provides this one does not give a faction disguise or decrease Agility
