Elite Riot Gear - Locations
Requires Lonesome Road DLC
Third Street Municipal Building
Reach the top floor of the building via a Sewer pipe. The pipe can be accessed from the second floor. The gear is found on a dead, ghoulified NCR riot control officer
You have to do some progress through the DLC to get the access to this area, so don't worry that you cannot reach it in the beginning
