Armor of the 87th Tribe - Locations
Requires Loansome Road DLC.
The only way to enter it, requires you to detonate a Nuclear bomb on Caesar's Legion (or both on NCR and Legion) in the last quest of Lonesome Road. After that, Dry Wells is unlocked. To reach it you will need to go to Cottonwood Cove and take a boat.
