It is located in a gun case at Sniper's Nest. This can be found East of Nipton, close to Camp Searchlight
The gun case has a Very Hard lock and requires 100 Lockpick skill to open it

- This sniper rifle has the highest DPS out of all of them. However, this does not mean it is the strongest. It is perfect against normal enemies, which do not have high HP.
