Ranger Sequoia - Locations
Chief Hanlon
You can obtain it from Chief Hanlon in Camp Golf. There is an easy and painless method without killing him. Hit him one time, and then use VATS to shoot out the weapon from his hand. Once Hanlon drops it, holster your weapon and combat will end. Quickly pick up the weapon.
