NCR Ranger Patrol Armor - Locations
- Can be found at Ranger Station Charlie when checking it out for Ranger Andy in Novac. When one enters the outpost building, go through the broken door to the left. The armor is in the inventory of a body but is not equipped
- You can find Ranger Kudlow at Ranger Station Foxtrot fighting Cazadores. If killed, one can loot her body
- Once you have a "Liked" reputation or higher with NCR, talk with Colonel James Hsu in Camp McCarran to get the key to NCR Ranger Safehouse. You will find one there.
