In the main safehouse (The Sink), you will need to unlock the toaster. For this to happen you need to locate a special module in the Cuckoo's Nest. When you enter the tunnel, on the right there will be a shelf. The module recording is there placed on a small altar
After that bring it to the Sink and interact with the Toaster. Now you can bring him Saturnite Fists and turn them into heated versions
