Produced by Elanus Risk Control Services for the Eclipse mercenary band, the Tempest is an expensive but deadly addition to anyone's personal arsenal. This fully automatic submachine gun is punishing up close but becomes less accurate at long range.

• Obtained during mission Tuchanka: Turian Platoon. It will be near the turian bodies early in the level.
• Purchased from Kassa Fabrication in Presidium Commons on the Citadel.

M-9 Tempest - Notes

• This weapon has very high recoil. Due to this, it is good to have mods that stabilize it - SMG Recoil System.
• It has an average ammo capacity. Due to its high fire rate, it burns through it quickly. Equipping Magazine and Heat Sink upgrade greatly improves this.
