Argosy bonus reward from Icebarb Bazaar

This item cannot be obtained via normal means (fishing). 

You can find the Argosy in Buddy Plaza where the cats and palamutes reside. Go near the water and you will see a ship with NPC Rondine The Trader. Talk with her.

You can only get it when you send your companion to Trade with Argosy and the selected item is in Icebarb Bazaar Market:

Armored Bream is a bonus item from the mission. After you assign your buddy to the mission there is a chance, that you will gain it after each quest.

How to increase the chance?

You can use Buddy Bargains: Shiny Bargain and Blinding Bargain. They will make this rare fish to be rewarded more often.
