Viper Trousers - Diagram Location
Requires Hearts of Stone expansion. To obtain the diagram you will need to enter the auction house during Open Sesame! story quest. Once there, look for an old Countess Mignole. She will sell the diagram.
This is the only way to obtain the diagram, without console commands
