Whistle is a Quickhack found in Cyberpunk 2077. It is used as Cyberdeck modification. Quickhacks provide, various hacking abilities that can affect NPCs in multiple ways.
Quickhacks have different rarities that affect what bonuses they can provide.

Effects
The effects accumulate the higher rarity you get.

| Uncommon | The target will move to your current position. |
| Rare | The target will no longer be in an Alerted State when moving to your current position. |
| Epic | Can be executed on enemies engaged in combat. |
