Meraas is an Amulet found in Dragon Age 2. These items can be obtained through quests, found in chests, looted from enemies, etc. They provide bonus stats for the main character and some of the companions
Meraas - How to obtain
The amulet is available in Act 1 during the quest Blackpowder Promise.
The quest starts once you rescue dwarf - Javaris Tintop in Dead Man's Pass.

This is a very good early amulet for the Aveline tank build.
