Lothering Checklist - Dragon Age: Origins (DAO)
Lothering is the first area after you have left Ostagar after the major events during the Battle against the Darkdspawn. This village has a few quests and introduces new companions. Access to it is also limited and it will be overrun by Darkspawn after you finish one of the major Main story quests.
For this reason, there are a few things to do, before you embark.

| A Fallen Templar | Pick an amulet from the dead Templar on the Highway. | |
| The Unscrupulous Merchant | Should encounter a merchant in an argument close to the Chantry. | |
| More than Just Plants | Have one party member with 1 skill in Herbalism. Talk with Elder Miriam, who can be found at the far end of the village, near cages for criminals. | |
| The Qunari Prisoner | Resolve the situation with Qunari, who can be recruited to join your party. He can be found in a cage at the far end of the village. | |
| Traps are a Girl's Best Friend | Requires a party member with 1 skill in Trap-Making. The quest is given by Allison close to one of the Lothering houses. | |
| A Poisonous Proposition | The quest is given by Barlin in Lothering's tavern. |
