You can also fight any of the Master Rank 4 monsters: these include as mentioned by Maverick: Fulgur Anjanath, Yian Garuga and others
Okay there are a few options:
Doing quests: In depths of the Forest, Blue Rathalos blues, Trap of the Thunder Jaw just to name a few
Brute Tigrex hunts
Tailraider Safari: Fulgur Anjanath, Ebony Odagoron, Yian Garuga, Zinogre and some others
Monsters: Shrieking Legiana, Azure Rathalos, Fulgur Anjanath, Acidic Glavenus
Hmm, strange I have a lot of them... They should drop from normal monsters (non-tempered versions)
