Where can I find or fight Yian Garuga? - Monster Hunter World: Iceborne

Can somebody explain to me? I have killed the last boss Shara Ishvalda, but I am not able to Yian Garuga anywhere. I checked the Guiding Lands, but after 10 attempts in there it hasn't appeared.
