Discussion
In the area of the Druid's Grove, there is behind the prison, a Tunnel. This secret passage leads out of the grove. In the centre of the passage are (or have been) oil barrels. Look at the opposite of a stone pillar with a (formerly) blue illuminated button. The corresponding key lies at the foot of another stone pillar, also with a blue button, in an old corpse. Hidden in the darkness is a chest. The chest is secured with an evil trap.
Gale can't no longer consume this Staff.
