When you tell the two Absolutists to go to the cave and fight the Owlbear, you'll be able to loot the dead True Soul and take one piece of two of a broken spear.
The second piece can be looted from the Owlbear, dead or alive (the latter requires Hide and high Dexerity). Then combined in your Inventory to create the Vision of the Absolute.
