Location - Mourning Frost
In order to acquire 
Mourning Frost you will need to locate and combine three items that are located in Underdark.
Icy Metal - Located in Ebonlake Grotto. Complete the Defeat the Duergar Intruders quest and you will be able to access the hidden room where the 
Icy Metal is located. Alternatively you can cast 
Knock on the Vines and gain access to it.- Icy Helve - located west of Selûnite Outpost. Carried by Dhourn who is petrified. You will need to defeat Spectator (Lv. 5) and loot the
Icy Helve off of Dhourn. - Icy Crystal - located in Dread Hollow. Carried by Filro the Forgotten (Lv. 5). After defeating him you can loot the
Icy Crystal off of him
After acquiring all three parts you can craft Mourning Frost in your inventory by right-clicking one of the ingredients, pressing combine and add the other two.
