Waukeen's Rest. You can find it in the burning buildings second floor, first room up the stairs behind the bed. The item will either lay on the floor or in a locked guilded chest.

Gale can absorb the Magic from this Item. If Gale consumes it, it vanishes forever. That is irreversible and unavoidable.

Found in a gilded chest on the upper floor of Waukeen's Rest, in the northwestern room. May be on the floor, partially obscured by a pile of rubble if the chest was destroyed by the fire
