Inquisitor's Chamber Kith'rak Voss comes at first Long Rest outside of Crèche Y'llek.
Act 3 - Rivington
- If Kith'rak Voss is alive and you agreed to meet him at Sharess' Caress, you can pickpocket him there.
- Can be pickpocketed or looted in the Lower City Sewers.
- Can be looted from Voss at the end of Act 3.
